Terms and conditions

In taking advantage of the MailManager trial you are agreeing to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions.

As part of the trial, we will provide an email template which we will adapt by including your company logo. We will set up an account for you with our MailManager system; assist you in importing your existing email subscriber database; and give you all help and assistance you need to find your way around MailManager.

We will be happy to provide you with a custom email template to your brief. Ask us for details.

MailManager has a standard costing model based on a per-campaign charge and a per-recipient charge. The free trial comes with 1000 email credits. This will enable you to send one campaign (at a "cost" of 500 credits) to 500 recipients (at a "cost" of one credit per recipient). Any additional recipients will be charged on a per-recipient basis. Ask us for more details.

A recipient is defined as an email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email details you hold are valid.

A campaign is defined as one email sent to one or multiple recipients.

Once you have completed your trial we will be in touch to see if you are interested in continuing with MailManager. We're sure you'll love it - but if not, we'll simply cancel your MailManager account.

Permissions

It is vital that you have the correct permission to send marketing emails to your email distribution list. We are committed to ensuring that MailManager is not used for spamming purposes. We regard as spam any email sent to a recipient who has not given their permission to be contacted by you. Ask us for more information about permissions.

The free trial will only be granted to organisations which have the correct permissions to contact their email list.
