Having previously produced a souvenir programme for the production of Planet Earth II - Live in Concert, BBC Studios approached John Good to design an official programme for the Blue Planet II - Live in Concert UK & Eire tour.
The BBC supplied the programme structure, editorial content and images. Then, with tight time constraints, we designed a 38 page square programme closely aligned to the previous Planet Earth II - Live in Concert souvenir programme.
The concept made fantastic use of the stunning sea life photography, employing them as bold images on a clean white background, complemented with editorial copy in three simple columns separated with a pale blue dividing line.
