WhatsOnStage Awards – March 2026

It may have been a chilly night, but the glitzy WhatsOnStage Awards 🏆 soon warmed us up with enthusiasm, celebratory effervescence and a palpable love of shining spotlights, lifting others up and recognising achievements over the past year.

We were thrilled to join fans, nominees, theatre colleagues and fellow sponsors for a fabulous evening, complete with pre-show cocktails and a swish afterparty. 👯

Maz and Gina Murray were brilliant hosts, and the evening included fantastic performances throughout with amazing vocals. The programmes we delivered looked rather glam; hello, gold foiling! ✨ A special mention goes to the one and only Sir Stephen Fry for taking his copy on stage when receiving the Best Supporting Performer in a Play accolade – we believe Lady Bracknell would approve!

Thank you to all the ardent members of the public who voted for their favourites, making the awards truly connected to audiences. 🎭
